AITP Fundraising Event

Description: We will have dinner and a silent auction, followed by a dance.
Purpose: Raise money for the members of AITP who are trying to go to the National Collegiate Conference, and to acquire money for the overall AITP club.
Goal: Raise $3,000 dollars for 15 club members to travel to AITP conference.

Project Assumptions: Finished in mid Spring Semester 2008
Plan: Get approval of AITP organization. Get venue approvals, food vendor (for cost), DJ or band for the dance location approval, and acquire donations for the silent auction.
Key Success Factors: Make enough money to allow 25 students to be able to attend conference for free.

Summary: Dinner 'n' Dance is an event that will be happening on ASU's campus to raise money for AITP club members to travel to attend a national conference later in the semester. The event will host a delicious dinner with soft background music, a silent auction containing donated items, and later in the night a fun dance.
